Accordingly, the present invention has an effect of preventing diarrhea of a calf by being fed to a new-born calf before colostrum is fed, has an effect of alleviating diarrhea of the calf not only in spring, summer, and fall, but also even in winter when the temperature falls below zero, and solves problems of appearance of resistant bacteria caused by drugs such as an antibiotic or bactericides, and stability of livestock products.본 발명은 송아지 설사 예방 및 개선용 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 물 100중량부에 대하여 아가리쿠스버섯(Agaricusblazei Murill) 3~5중량부 및 인삼 3~5중량부를 첨가하고 90~100℃의 온도에서 1~2분 동안 가열하여 제조하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 갓 태어난 송아지에게 초유를 먹이기 전에 급여하여 송아지의 설사를 예방하는 효과가 있고, 봄, 여름, 가을뿐만 아니라 기온이 영하로 내려가는 겨울에도 송아지의 설사를 개선하는 효과가 있으며, 항생물질이나 항균제 등의 약제의 사용에 따른 내성균의 출현 문제와 축산물의 안정성 문제를 해결하는 장점이 있다.
