PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner that can efficiently perform the purification processing of inside air and outside air, and temperature control, and can efficiently perform humidity control.

SOLUTION: This air conditioner comprises a cleaning means 12 for bringing air into contact with washing water in an internal space, and a temperature control means for circulating the washing water as a heat medium of a heat exchanger to control the temperature of the air after the cleaning. Preferably, the air conditioner comprises a humidity control means. More preferably, the humidity control means employs a desiccant rotor 26. Preferably, the air conditioner also comprises a desiccant rotor regenerating means for spraying dehumidified air having applied with the humidity control by the desiccant rotor 26 as air for regeneration to the moisture absorbed desiccant rotor 26 to perform regeneration, and a means for guiding the air for regeneration flowing through the desiccant rotor 26.
