PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type cosmetic for eyelashes, having excellent cosmetic effects (curl effects) of curling the eyelashes upward, and cosmetic effects (volume effects) of enabling the eyelashes to be seen thick, also having excellent sustainability of the cosmetic effects, usability, uniformity of cosmetic film, removability by a remover, stability with time, and further effects for enabling the eyelashes to be seen long.
SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type cosmetic for the eyelashes contains the following components (A) to (D): (A) a candelilla resin, (B) a solid- or paste-form long-chain alkyl-modified organopolysiloxane or long-chain alkoxy-modified organopolysiloxane having &le60°C melting point, (C) a film-forming emulsion polymer and (D) a wax excluding the components (A) and (B).
