Methods and formulations for antimicrobial and anti-biofouling coating comprising: a hollow round colloidal structure, comprising: an active polymer shell； and an active or inert core； wherein the active polymer shell comprises one and more polymers with antimicrobial and anti-biofouling activities selected from the group consisting of polyethylenimine (PEI), functionalized chitosan (CHI), polyquatemium, poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) and polyhexamethylene biguanide (PHMD)； wherein the active or inert core contains one and more disinfectants, biocides, fragrances or inert solvent； and wherein the hollow round colloidal structure is stable for at least 3 months.La présente invention concerne des procédés et des formulations de revêtement antimicrobien et anticontamination biologique comprenant : une structure colloïdale ronde creuse, comprenant : une enveloppe de polymère active ； et un noyau actif ou inerte ； l'enveloppe de polymère active comprenant un ou plusieurs polymères ayant des activités antimicrobiennes et anticontamination biologique choisis dans le groupe constitué de la polyéthylénimine (PEI), du chitosane fonctionnalisé (CHI), d'un polyquaternium, du poly(chlorure de diallyldiméthylammonium) (PDDA) et du polyhexaméthylènebiguanide (PHMD) ； le noyau actif ou inerte contenant un ou plusieurs désinfectants, biocides, parfums ou solvants inertes ； et la structure colloïdale ronde creuse étant stable pendant au moins 3 mois.
