An endoscope cleaning apparatus according to the present invention includes a ball-shaped cotton ball which moves along an endoscope channel extended in the longitudinal direction of the endoscope, and removes foreign materials trapped in the endoscope channel； and a support unit installed in a cup in which a cleaning solution of the endoscope channel is received. The support unit supports the cotton ball and guides the endoscope so that the entrance of the endoscope channel faces the cotton ball.
