PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus which allows an operator to easily confirm and correct an imaging range while reducing exposure of a subject.SOLUTION: A control part 50 comprises as a functional configuration: an imaging processing section 51 which executes various imaging processing such as display of an X-ray image on a display part 41 on the basis of an X-ray detected by an X-ray detector 14 an image acquisition section 52 which acquires an X-ray image for an instruction of fluoroscopy and a movement control section 53 which controls the operations of an X-ray tube movement mechanism 21, a top board movement mechanism 22 and an X-ray detector movement mechanism 23.
