PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microneedle array with microneedles that can be stuck diagonally to skin, the microneedle array thereby being contrived to achieve both reducion of patients pain and prevention of chemical leakage upon injection with the microneedles.SOLUTION: The microneedle array has a case that is provided with a hollow section and through-holes connecting the hollow section to the outside, and a microneedle unit placed in the case.
