PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the production of an antibacterial HEPA filter exhibiting a high bacteriostatic activity value with a small amount of an antibacterial agent and achieving a high collection efficiency with a low pressure loss is difficult since an appropriate condition range in an electrospinning method using a composite solution is narrow.SOLUTION: Nanofibers are formed by an electrospinning method using a polyether sulfone solution as a base and a composite solution where an inorganic metal or scallop powders are added to the polyether sulfone solution as an antibacterial agent. First, a first layer is laminated on a base material with the composite solution to a degree that an antibacterial content is slightly above bacteriostatic activity value≥2.0 and then a filtering material with a two-layer structure for an antibacterial air filter is obtained by adding a layer with the electrospinning of a base solution by a shortage to 100 Pa based on the measurement of pressure loss.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】少量の抗菌剤で高い静菌活性値を示し、かつ高い捕集効率を低い圧力損失で達成する抗菌HEPAフィルタを、コンポジット溶液を用いて電界紡糸法することは適切な条件範囲が狭く作製が困難である。【解決手段】ベースとなるポリエーテルスルホン溶液と同液に抗菌剤として無機系金属またはホタテ粉を添加したコンポジット溶液を用いて、エレクトロスピニング法によりナノファイバーを形成する。先ず基材上にコンポジット溶液で抗菌含有率が静菌活性値≧2.0を少し超える程度に第一層として積層し、圧損を測定して100Paに不足する分だけベース溶液の電界紡糸で積層追加することにより2層構造の抗菌エアフィルタろ材を得た。【選択図】図1
