PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical activity measuring system, a server and a physical activity measuring method, capable of measuring physical activity amounts while taking weather conditions into consideration.SOLUTION: The physical activity measuring system 1 includes a weather measuring device 2 and an information terminal 5 to be carried by a user. The information terminal 5 transmits the acquired physical activity data of the user to a server 4 via a communication network 3. The server 4 includes a weather data acquiring section 21 for acquiring the weather data measured by the weather measuring device 2, a physical activity data acquiring section 22 for acquiring the physical activity data of the user from the information terminal 5, and a physical activity calculating section 24 for calculating the physical activity of the user by utilizing the physical activity data and the weather data. The server 4 transmits the information of the physical activity of the user calculated by the physical activity calculating section 24 to the information terminal 5.
