The measuring unit is provided with a test piece socket, and the measuring unit is configured to measure a physiological electrical signal value. Instead of using the physiological measuring device to perform calculation and analysis operations on the physiological electrical signal value measured by the measuring unit, the portable electronic device is configured to perform the calculation and analysis operations on the physiological electrical signal value.
