A blower for a breathing device for providing a supply of air at positive pressure to treat a respiratory disorder, the breathing device having a stationary portion and a rotating portion, an air inlet and an air outlet, wherein the air outlet comprises a blade configured to form a split outlet having at least two channels, the stationary portion being formed integral with the inlet and outlet and surrounds the rotating portion, and air entering the blower is constrained to flow via a single path through the stationary portion for delivery to and exit from the split outlet.
