PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device comprising a surgery buttress which can be used with a tissue locking device, and a use method thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a medical device which is a buttress containing a porous material comprising a treatment layer of a chemotherapeutic and optional filler on a top part.
