PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant instrument allowing an operator to view a distal end of a catheter and an endometrial surface, when implanting a reproductive material from the distal end thereof to the endometrial surface.SOLUTION: An implant instrument 1 includes: a flexible catheter tube 2 having a distal end taperedly molded from a width-directional one side to the other side, and lumens 2b and 2c inside thereof with their juxtaposed to the width-directional one side and other side respectively a fiber scope 4 inserted into the lumen 2b for capturing an image of an opening end of the lumen 2c and an implant tube 7 inserted into the lumen 2c for implanting a reproductive material. The implant instrument can thus implant the reproductive material to an appropriate position by inserting the fiber scope 4 into the lumen 2b, thereby, capturing images of the opening end of the lumen 2c and a periphery thereof, and inserting the implant tube 7 therein without injuring the endometrial surface, while checking a position of the distal end of the implant tube 7 in the fallopian tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】その先端から子宮内膜面に生殖材を移植する際にカテーテルの先端、子宮内膜面を視認できる移植用器具を提供する。【解決手段】移植用器具1は、幅方向の一側から他側に向けて先細りに成形された先端を有し、幅方向の一側及び他側にそれぞれ並設されたルーメン2b,2cが内部に設けられたフレキシブルなカテーテルチューブ2、ルーメン2b内に挿通され、ルーメン2cの開口端を撮像するファイバースコープ4、及びルーメン2c内に挿通され、生殖材を移植する移植用チューブ7を備える。ルーメン2bにファイバースコープ4を挿通し、それによりルーメン2cの開口端及びその近傍を撮像することで、卵管内での移植用チューブ7の先端の位置を確認しながら移植用チューブ7を子宮内膜面を傷付けることなく挿入して、適切な位置に生殖材を移植することができる。【選択図】図2
