Disclosed is use of a peptide, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment or alleviation of a fungal infection wherein the peptide consists of a sequence of 9 to 15 amino acids wherein all the amino acids in said sequence are arginine subject to 0, 1 or 2 substitutions to the amino acid sequence.
