The present invention relates to a multi-layered structure for drug storage and a drug release type stent comprising the same. According to the drug release type stent, a bioactive substance derivative, such as a phenol-introduced heparin derivative, is arranged in layers in order to prevent restenosis and thrombopoiesis, which are problems of conventional drug release type stents, and a plurality of phenol-introduced micelle layers are arranged in order to enable the control of drug release, thereby providing a drug release type stent which prevents stent restenosis and thrombopoiesis and enables the control of drug release.본 발명은 약물저장용 다층 구조체 및 이를 포함한 약물방출형스텐트에 관한 것에 관한 것으로, 상기약물방출형 스텐트는 종래 약물방출형 스텐트의 문제점인 재협착과 혈전형성을 방지하기 위하여 페놀이 도입된 헤파린 유도체와 같은 생리활성물질 유도체를 적층시키고, 더불어 약물의 방출제어를 가능하게 하기 위하여 페놀이 도입된 다수의 마이셀층을 적층시킴으로써 스텐트 재협착 및 혈전형성을 방지하면서도 약물의 방출제어가 가능한 약물방출형 스텐트를 제공한다.
