The present invention relates to a water bottle sterilizer for sterilizing a water bottle (100) having an inner diameter of a mouth which is smaller than an inner diameter of a body. Multiple water container holders (43) are formed in the shapes of pipes and are installed in an inner space of a housing (10). Air including plasma ions is inserted into an opening on one end portion of the water bottle holder by an air blowing pressure of a fan (31). The air including the plasma ions is discharged through an opening on the other end portion of the water bottle holder. Each water bottle (100) is fitted and hung on each water bottle holder (43) by a method of inserting the other side of each water bottle holder (43) in each water bottle (100) through each mouth. The inside of each water bottle (100) is sterilized by the plasma ions of the air discharged through the opening on the other side portion of each water bottle holder (43) located in each water bottle holder (43).
