Various embodiments are directed to a treatment tape configured to allow a tensile force to be applied to one or more surfaces (eg, a patient's skin). In various embodiments, the treatment tape can include a backing layer having an upper surface and a lower surface. An adhesive material layer configured to securely secure the treatment tape to the surface may be securely secured to the lower surface of the backing layer. Further, one or more knobs can be securely fixed on the upper surface of the backing layer.
