The apparatus for reconstructing the tomography image includes: a data acquisition unit for acquiring a first image by using tomography data obtained as a first X-ray generation unit for generating X-rays having a first energy rotates around an object over a first angular range, and acquiring a second image by using tomography data obtained as a second X-ray generation unit for generating X-rays having a second energy rotates around the object over a second angular range； a control unit for acquiring motion information representing an amount of motion of the object over time by using the first and second images； and an image reconstruction unit for reconstructing a target image showing the object at a target time point by using the motion information.제1 에너지를 갖는 엑스선을 생성하는 제1 X-ray 생성부가 제1 각도 구간에서 대상체를 중심으로 회전하여 획득한 단층 데이터를 이용하여 제1 영상을 획득하고, 제2 에너지를 갖는 엑스선을 생성하는 제2 X-ray 생성부가 제2 각도 구간에서 대상체를 중심으로 회전하여 획득한 단층 데이터를 이용하여 제2 영상을 획득하는 데이터 획득부； 상기 제1 영상과 상기 제2 영상을 이용하여 시간에 따른 상기 대상체의 움직임 량을 나타내는 움직임 정보를 획득하는 제어부； 및 상기 움직임 정보를 이용하여 목표 시점에서의 상기 대상체를 나타내는 목표 영상을 복원하는 영상 복원부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단층 영상 복원 장치가 개시된다.
