The present invention provides a sitting-type thermotherapy massage device. According to the sitting-type thermotherapy massage device of the present invention, a user may receive thermotherapy stimulation on the upper half of his/her body while conveniently sitting thereon, and a thermotherapy unit may be moved according to a position of a part (an abdominal part, a back part, a flank part, or the like) needing thermotherapy stimulation. Accordingly, improvement of user convenience and utilization may be promoted, vibration massage and pneumatic massage may be provided along with thermotherapy stimulation. The sitting-type thermotherapy massage device according to the present invention comprises: a chair on which a user sits； a thermotherapy unit connected with the chair, and performing thermotherapy stimulation on the upper half of the user&prime；s body； and a connector for connecting the thermotherapy unit with the chair, in which a position of the thermotherapy unit may be changed on the chair.
