This invention is related to manufacture of a non toxic chemical for removal of cockroaches. More particularly it is of immediate use in the field of Pest Control. It contains diatomaceous earth as the Active Ingredient. The manufacturing process involves loading of 100 pounds of Diatomaceous Earth in a Stainless Steel Container and mixing it with 5 Ponds of sodium chloride. They are then mixed together and grounded. The mixture is thereafter changed in mufile furnace and heated to 180�F for one hour till it is in powder form.
