The present invention provides a liquid cosmetic composition which is not blurred on the skin even when applied, has a low viscosity with little dropping (dripping), and can be drawn thickly. Further, there is provided a liquid cosmetic composition suitable for eye makeup which can draw thickly without any color unevenness due to the difference in color between the upper and lower sides even when the necessity of thin and long is used.
