Multiple reinforcing supports are connected and fixed each other inside of the outer frame, and separates the inner part of the outer frame. Multiple unit blocks(30) have caved parts and projecting parts reciprocally along the corner. The multiple unit blocks form a block board by the combination of the caved parts and the projecting parts. The edge of the block board is settled in the supporting sill, the lower part of the block board is supported by the reinforcing support. The multiple reinforcing supports are set in a line having multiple caved grooves formed with an equal interval, and connected in a grid format by a fabrication using the caved grooves. The outer frame has a fitting groove for the edge of the reinforcing support to be fit. The fitting groove is formed along the supporting sill in the same interval as the caved groove of the reinforcing support. An inserting hole is formed crossing the projecting part of the unit block in a straight line. An elongated groove is formed by connecting the inserting groove formed in an engaged projecting part of the first unit block and the inserting groove formed in an engaged projecting part of the second unit block successively. The upper corner of the reinforcing support is set to be fit to the elongated groove.
