PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifier having replacement characteristics of a large amount of liquid and excelling in performance stability.SOLUTION: A method for producing a hollow fiber membrane includes ejecting a spinning dope and a core liquid from a tube-in orifice type nozzle and allowing them to pass through a coagulation bath via an aerial traveling part for water washing. (1) A temperature difference (I) between the spinning dope and the inside of the nozzle is 40°C or higher and 110°C or lower, and a temperature difference (J) between the spinning dope and the core liquid in the nozzle is 10°C or higher and 90°C or lower. (2) The product (I×J) of I and J is 1,600-5,000.
