PURPOSE: A hydroxyapatite implant having a porous layer is provided to improve bio-affinity and prevent peeling thereof. CONSTITUTION: A hydroxyapatite implant having a porous layer comprises: a step of molding a porogen sheet composed of spherical particles of polymeric material； a step of positioning the sheet on the inner wall of a mold； a step of manufacturing a molding product to which the porogen sheet is attached； and a step of manufacturing a hydroxyapatite implant by drying and sintering the shaped molding product.본 발명은 모재와 모재 표면에 연속적으로 결합된 다공층을 갖는 수산화 아파타이트 임플랜트의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 고분자 소재의 구형 입자로 이루어지는 포로젠 시트를 성형하는 단계, 상기 시트를 몰드 내벽에 위치시키는 단계, 상기 몰드 내로 수산화 아파타이트 현탁액을 주입하여 외부에 포로젠 시트가 부착된 성형체를 제조하는 단계 및 성형된 성형체를 건조 및 소결하여 수산화아파타이트 임플랜트를 제조하는 단계를 포함하여, 수산화아파타이트 모재 표면에 포로젠 시트에 기인하는 표면 기공층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화아파타이트 임플랜트 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 임플랜트는 표면의 다공층이 치밀층과 연속적으로 결합되어 있어, 박리의 문제점이 발생하지 않고, 생체 친화성이 매우 높으며, 기공의 크기와 기공의 구조의 제어에 용이하다.
