The present invention relates to a protective capsule for a CT scan, which can protect a body part except for a part to be photographed of a patient from radiation. The protective capsule for a CT scan includes: a table (10) on which a patient lies during computer tomography and a cover unit (20) which is installed at the table (10) to protect the patient from being exposed to a radiation. The cover unit (20) includes multiple segments (21, 21&prime, 22, 22&prime, 23, 23&prime, 24, 24&prime, 25, 25&prime) for partially blocking the body part except for the part to be photographed from being exposed to the radiation.
