Systems and related methods for delivering stimuli to an auricle using a stimulator attached to the subject's auricle are described. The wearable stimulator comprises a mechanical stimulator, electrical stimulator, or other type of stimulator that is fixed relative to the subject's pinna. The stimulus may be delivered in response to a sensing signal indicative of the physiological state of the subject and / or a sensed environmental parameter. The stimulus may be delivered in combination with other stimuli or experiences. In one aspect, the stimulator performs at least one of communication with a personal computer device and control by the personal computer device.
