The present invention relates to a bi-condylar and bi-compartmental total knee replacement system that will be used to replace a diseased or damaged knee joint replacing the tibio-femoral joints and not resurfacing the patella. It consists of a metal femoral implant and a monoblock plastic tibial platform. The metal femoral implant will be available for installation to the femoral condyle. The plastic tibial platform will be available for installation to the tibial plateu. Both will be stabilized to the bones by bone cement. A securing means is provided on both the surfaces of the femoral implant and tibial platform components to prevent the rotation of both components with respect to the horizontal plane of the bones. And a licking means is further on tibial platform to allow for radiographic referencing on X ray films. The sizes of the implants were based on Filipino cadaver knees and radiographic images of Filipino knees which were not previously available in implants. It will be available in three sizes for either one or both left or right knee of Filipinos and Asians.
