PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a land grading member for a rotary tilling device, which is advantageous in terms of cost and has excellent workability.SOLUTION: A middle material or support plate is equipped with a first through-hole 45 and a second through-hole 40 the support plate is rotated along the second through-hole 40 with a first shaft 27 as a center so that the support plate is freely changed in position in a horizontal position and in a vertical position.
