PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walker usable in a form of supporting light work in a standing posture for a person who cannot keep a standing position with decreased trunk functions of the body.SOLUTION: In a walker with a supporting unit for supporting body stand-up, provided with a plurality of rolling wheels on a lower part of a frame mount having a loop frame body opened at the front on an upper part, the supporting unit for supporting the body stand-up in a corset form for holding the lumbar part of a walking person and supporting an upper half body forward, is supported by the frame mount and disposed at a position close to the front open part of the loop frame body. Thus, the walker for holding and supporting the body in a stand-up posture and is usable in the form of supporting gait training and light work in a standing posture is provided for a person who cannot keep a standing position with decreased functions of the body trunk as a utilization target.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、身体の体幹機能が低下し、立位を保持出来ない人に対して、立ち姿勢での軽作業を支援する形態にも使用できる歩行器を提案することを課題とする。【解決手段】上部に前方を開放したループ枠体を有するフレーム架台の下部に複数の転輪を設けた歩行器において、該ループ枠体の前部開放部に近接させた位置に、歩行者の腰部を保持して上半身を前向きにして支えるコルセット形態の身体起立支援支持具をフレーム架台に支持させて配設した身体起立支援支持具付き歩行器にしたことを特徴とするものであり、これにより、身体の体幹機能が低下し、立位を保持出来ない人を利用対象として、身体を起立姿勢に保持支援して、歩行訓練や、立ち姿勢での軽作業を支援する形態にも使用できる歩行器を提供できるものである。【選択図】図1
