The present invention relates to an implantable vertebral arthrodesis device (1) for the fusion of two overlying and underlying vertebrae, comprising an anterior part (2) having upper and lower bearing regions (2a, 2b) adapted to receive respectively the lower (3) and upper (6) portions of the upper (4) and lower (7) overlying (5) and underlying (8) vertebrae, said areas (2a, 2b) being distant from each other； a minimum height h (hl) for maintaining an intervertebral gap； rigid retaining means (9) arranged with respect to the anterior part (2) so as to block the migration of said anterior part (2) towards the spinal canal； a rear portion (10), in connection with said front portion (2), comprising a main housing (11) having first (11a) and second (11b) openings facing each other and adapted to receive part the spinous processes (12,13)； and a granular osteosynthesis material disposed in said main housing (11). La présente invention concerne un dispositif implantable d'arthrodèse vertébrale (1) pour la fusion de deux vertèbres sus et sous-jacentes, comprenant une partie antérieure (2) ayant des zones supérieure et inférieure d'appui (2a,2b) apte à recevoir respectivement les parties inférieure (3) et supérieure (6) des lames supérieure (4) et inférieure (7) des vertèbres sus-jacente (5) et sous-jacente (8), lesdites zones (2a, 2b) étant distantes d'une hauteur h minimum (hl) pour le maintien d'un écart intervertébral ； des moyens de retenue (9) rigides agencés par rapport à la partie antérieure (2) en sorte de bloquer la migration de ladite partie antérieure (2) vers le canal rachidien ； une partie postérieure (10), en liaison avec ladite partie antérieure (2), comprenant un logement principal (11) ayant des première (11a) et seconde (11b) ouvertures au regard l'une de l'autre et aptes à recevoir en partie les apophyses épineuses (12,13) ； et un matériau d'ostéosynthèse granuleux disposé dans ledit logement principal (11).
