The suturing and cutting apparatus for endoscopic surgery comprises the stapling head assembly and a body. The stapling head assembly and suturing and cutting apparatus for endoscopic surgery can prevent the cutter pushing rod (6) from moving before the cartridge assembly being mounted, prevent from being fired by mistake, and can make sure the cutter pushing rod (6) to be mounted correctly.
