Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zum Färben von keratinischem Material, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren, umfassend die folgenden Schritte: - Anwendung eines Mittels (a) auf dem keratinischem Material, wobei das Mittel (a) mindestens eine organische Siliciumverbindung enthält, - Anwendung eines Mittels (b) auf dem keratinischen Material, wobei das Mittel (b) mindestens eine farbgebende Verbindung aus der Gruppe der Pigmente und/oder der direktziehenden Farbstoffe enthält, - Anwendung eines Mittels (c) auf dem keratinischem Material, wobei das Mittel (c) mindestens ein Silikonöl enthält.
