The invention provides a valve for controlling fluid flow from an inlet (12) of a pipe fitting (10) to at least one outlet (14, 16) of the pipe fitting (10) at an angle to the inlet (12). The pipe fitting (10) includes an inner collapsible bellows (18) fixed at a position opposite the inlet (12). The bellows (18) has a support annulus (24) at the other end adjacent the inlet (12), whereby, in a closed position, the bellows (18) prevents fluid flow from the inlet (12) to the at least one outlet (14, 16) as the fluid is trapped within bellows (18).
