PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved air delivery conduit used in a positive airway pressure (PAP) system.SOLUTION: An air delivery conduit 200 comprises: a textile layer 220 forming a tubular conduit； a support structure 240 disposed to provide structural support to the conduit； an air-impermeable inner laminate layer 230 formed on an inner surface of the textile； and an air-impermeable outer laminate layer covering the support structure.
