Provided is a single phase oral care composition having a whitening agent； a first abrasive selected from calcium pyrophosphate, calcium carbonate, and dicalcium phosphate； a second abrasive that may include sodium metaphosphate； an anticalculus agent； and a substantially anhydrous carrier that may include an ethylene oxide/propylene oxide copolymer.
