The present invention relates to an intravenous fluid (medication or fluid) filter assembly. More particularly, the present invention relates to a device for providing an intravenous fluid filter assembly wherein, when a user filters out alien substances including air from an intravenous fluid (injection fluid) and then injects the intravenous fluid, the device prevents air from flowing into the filter and into the intravenous fluid due to a siphoning phenomenon, thereby supplying the injection fluid, from which alien substances have been removed, while preventing air inflow. The intravenous fluid filter assembly can maximize stability of the patient, user convenience, and economic merits. Compared with the prior art, the intravenous fluid filter assembly has an increased filtering area, can prevent air inflow, and can solve the problem of having to raise the filter assembly upside down so as to artificially wet the filter during the initial intravenous fluid entry. The intravenous fluid filter assembly can prevent air from flowing into the filter and into the intravenous fluid and can easily discharge air, which has flowed into the filter housing, to the upper part of the filter housing such that, by reducing the influence of gravity, the same can also be used inside a helicopter or the like.La présente invention concerne un ensemble filtre de fluide intraveineux (médicament ou fluide).
