PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article in which a gap is unlikely to appear between a wearer's body and the absorbent article while worn and liquid is unlikely to leak during daily behaviors.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 is provided with an absorbent core 41. The absorbent core 41 has an excretion part middle high part 42 in an excretion part facing area B. The excretion part middle high part 42 has a front middle high part 421 on a front area A side and a rear middle high part 422 on a rear area C side. The rear middle high part 422 is thicker than the front middle high part 421.
