The invention discloses a filtration device and a filtration infusion container including the same. The filtration device includes a first part, a second part, a filtering membrane, and a flow path. The first part includes a shell, and a first accommodating cavity is disposed on the shell； the second part includes a flow channel and an execution part, the execution part is used for closing or opening the flow channel, a head of the execution part is rotatingly connected with the second part, a pole part of the execution part is inserted into the flow channel, and the outside of the pole part is sleeved by a seal sleeve； the filtering membrane is clamped between the first part and the second part； and the flow path sequentially passes through the flow channel, the filtering membrane, and the first accommodating cavity. The filtration infusion container comprises an infusion container and the filtration device, the filtration device is connected to the infusion container, and one end ofthe flow path leads to the infusion container and the other end leads to the filtering membrane. Structures of the filtration device and the filtration infusion container including the same enable thefiltering membrane and an infusion liquid to be in different confined spaces before a patient uses the container, while optimal completeness of the filtering membrane is maintained, and at the same time, the filtration device does not leak fluid, and the execution part does not loose during transportation.
