The control unit 2 selects figure information from the figure information stored in the memory 4 based on degree of similarity to fluorescent image captured by the imaging unit 12. The control unit 2 generates image data for projection to project image including figure indicated by selected figure information onto the region of fluorescent image in operative field 101.
