The present invention relates to a rice burger forming apparatus which can stably form an upper bun and a lower bun, which form a rice burger, while being able to be simply and smoothly performed when forming an entire burger form by inserting a patty between the buns. More specifically, the rice burger forming apparatus provides a rice burger having a simple structure, which is formed by stacking the upper and lower buns, made with rice, with a topping layer interposed therebetween, thereby being able to economically provide the rice burger. The rice burger forming apparatus comprises: a pipe shaped lower frame having a vertically penetrating through hole； an upper frame which is coupled to one portion of the lower frame to be able to rotate, which is disposed to be horizontal and perpendicular to the lower frame when rotating, and which has an upper bun forming groove, formed on the inner side of a surface thereof which comes in contact with the lower frame when being disposed to be perpendicular to the lower frame； and a rod shaped forming rod having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the upper bun forming groove of the upper frame and the through hole of the lower frame.본 발명은, 밥버거를 구성하는 상부번과 하부번을 안정적으로 성형함과 동시에 패티를 삽입하여 전체적인 버거형태로 형성할 때, 간편하고 원활하게 작업을 수행할 수 있으며, 특히, 그 구조가 간단하여 경제적으로 제공할 수 있도록；밥으로 이루어진 상부번과 하부번의 사이에 토핑층이 게재된 상태에서 적층형성된 밥버거를 제조하도록 된 밥버거의 제조방치에 있어서； 상하로 관통된 관통공을 가지는 '관' 형상의 하부틀과； 상기 하부틀의 일측에 회전가능하게 결합하며 회전시 상기 하부틀과 수평 및 수직으로 배치되도록 되며 수직으로 배치될 때 상기 하부틀과 접하는 면에는 내측으로 형성된 상부번형성홈이 형성된 상부틀과； 상기 하부틀의 관통공과 상부틀의 상부형성홈의 내경보다 작은 직경을 가지는 '봉' 형상의 성형봉을 포함하여 이루어진 밥버거 성형장치를 제공한다.
