The invention relates to the tosylate of benzodiazepine derivatives and their crystalline polymorphic forms, preparation and pharmaceutical use, especially the tosylate of methyl 3-[(4S)-8-bromo-1-methyl-6- (2-pyridinyl)-4H- imidazo[1, 2-a][1, 4]benzodiazepine-4-yl] propionate (I) crystalline polymorphic form, preparation and pharmaceutical use thereof.
