The amorphous coenzyme Q10 covered with a surfactant according to an embodiment in the present invention comprises: 100 parts by weight of coenzyme Q10 and 10-200 parts by weight of a surfactant with respect to the weight of the coenzyme Q10, wherein the surfactant has two or more alkyl chains adhering to a hydrophilic part thereof. The surfactant adheres to the coenzyme Q10 while surrounding the outside of the coenzyme Q10 in an amorphous form, so that the coenzyme Q10 is dissolved in an emulsion type in water.
