PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photon-counting type X-ray CT apparatus which improves the quality of an image obtained with photon-counting CT.SOLUTION: A photon-counting type X-ray CT apparatus comprises a detector 13, a first collection part 142, a second collection part 143, and an image reconstruction part 36. The detector 13 detects an X-ray and outputs signals. The first collection part 142 collects counting data of photons of the X-ray with prescribed time width for each energy band by using the signals output by the detector 13. The second collection part 143 collects integration data obtained by integrating the signals with the prescribed time width by using the signals output by the detector 13. The image reconstruction part 36 corrects the counting data by using the integration data.
