The present invention relates to a beverage composition for helping hangover removal, and is characterized by containing ingredients of Portunus trituberculatus and Rhus verniciflua. The beverage composition of the present invention may contain ingredients of Eucommia ulmoides, arrow roots, garlic, ginseng, Rehmannia glutinosa, Lithospermum erythrorhizon, Zizyphi Spinosi, Chinese dioscorea, Cornus officinalis, Korean angelica roots, Liriope tuber, Thuja orientalis, Anethum graveolens, licorice, and grain wine to help the absorption of active ingredients and increase the hangover removal effect, or may contain fruit juices to improve the taste and flavor. The beverage composition of the present invention activates the liver functions to help hangover removal and has an immunity enhancement effect and an antioxidative effect, by containing chitosan of Portunus trituberculatus, and urushiol and flavonoid of Rhus verniciflua.
