PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise instrument control device capable of efficiently controlling an exercise instrument used for a plurality of body sites.SOLUTION: In an exercise instrument control device 12, a type determination part 61 specifies a type of exercise using an exercise instrument from a plurality of types. A correspondence determination part 62 specifies the correspondence between the body site for which exercise is done, and the exercise instrument, based on the specified type. A setting processing part 63 sets an operation content of the exercise instrument based on an operation by a user. An instrument control part 64 controls the exercise by the exercise instrument by transmitting information indicating an operation content for each exercise instrument based on the specified correspondence between the body sites and the exercise instrument, and the set operation content.
