PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural vinyl house giving sufficient sunlight, a necessary amount of rainwater and fresh air to the soil and crop in the vinyl house and resistant to strong wind to achieve, in the present day expression, a vinyl house for organic agriculture. SOLUTION: The ceiling part of a vinyl house except for the side walls is split into two together with the pipe frame at the top of the house ridge to form movable separated members, i.e., roof pipe frame skeletons. The skeleton is placed on a base pipe frame skeleton constructed under the roof skeleton in a manner movable downward in right and left directions to enable the wide opening of the ceiling. A vinyl house having a structure resistant to strong wind can be constructed by forming all pipe frames with thick members, fixing the underground part of the base pipe frame skeleton with concrete to form a base and covering the frames with a newly developed fluororesin sheet.
