PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radiotherapy equipment capable of accurately and quickly positioning even a treatment part of a soft part tissue where a relative positioning with respect to a landmark shifts.SOLUTION: A bone part 13 is extracted from both a planning time CT image 11 and a treating time CT image 12 a slice position and a position in a slice surface of the planning time CT image 11 corresponding to the treating time CT image 12 are determined on the basis of the similarity in pattern of the bone part 13 a partial image 14 including a treatment part is cut out of the treating time CT image 12 corresponding to the slice image including the treatment part of the planning time CT image 11 a slice image including an area most similar to the partial image 14 is retrieved from the planning time CT image 11 a relative position of the treatment part viewed from the retrieved slice image is calculated and the relative position of the treated part seen from the position of the partial image of the treating time CT image 12 calculated by using the relative position relation becomes a final treatment part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】ランドマークとの相対的な位置関係がずれる軟部組織の治療部位であっても正確かつ迅速に位置決めすることができる放射線治療装置を提供する。【解決手段】計画時CT画像11と治療時CT画像12との双方から骨部13を抽出し、骨部13のパターンの類似度に基づいて治療時CT画像12に対応する計画時CT画像11のスライス位置及びスライス面内位置を決定し、計画時CT画像11の治療部位を含むスライス画像に対応する治療時CT画像12から治療部位を含む部分画像14を切り出し、計画時CT画像11から部分画像14に最も類似する領域を含むスライス画像を探索し、探索されたスライス画像からみた治療部位の相対的な位置を算出すると共に、この相対的な位置関係を用いて算出した治療時CT画像12の部分画像の位置からみた治療部位の相対的な位置を最終的な治療部位とする。【選択図】図1
