PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interdental cleaning tool which can prevent a medicament applied to a wire that is supported from being peeled.SOLUTION: An interdental cleaning tool includes a pair of supporting pieces 21, 22 arranged at a prescribed interval, a handle part 1 which connects the pair of the supporting pieces and can be gripped by a hand, a wire 3 extending between the pair of the supporting pieces, and a medicament which is applied to the wire and firmly adheres by drying. The wire has an applied region where the medicament is applied and a non-applied region, where the medicament is not applied, on both sides of the applied region in a longitudinal direction, and the wire in the non-applied region is connected to the supporting piece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
