PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition with a high efficacy, a high selectivity and a low adverse reaction used for the treatment of diseases, symptoms, or conditions associated with T-type calcium ionic channel.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains a therapeutically effective amount of the compound of following formula, a salt thereof, or an ester. The diseases, symptoms, or conditions are selected from acute pain, chronic pain, neuropathic pain, inflammatory pain, post-surgical pain, visceral pain, osteoarthritis pain, nociceptive pain, tonic pain, persistent pain, postoperative pain, and chemical-induced pain.
