Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób określania ryzyka raka, charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje ocenę konstytucyjnej zmiany w genie SEPP1 Ala234Thr (rs3877899) oraz ocenę stężenia magnezu w próbce biologicznej badanej nosicielki mutacji w genie BRCA1 nie poddanej adnexektomii, przy czym kombinacja poszczególnych genotypów z określonym stężeniem magnezu wskazuje znacząco obniżone ryzyko rozwoju raków: - dla genotypu SEPP1 GG przy stężeniu magnezu w surowicy < 18 mg/l (lub stężeniu w dowolnym materiale biologicznym odpowiadającym stężeniu w surowicy) - dla genotypu SEPP1 nGG przy stężeniu magnezu w surowicy > 18 mg/l.
